About the Role

Step into a space where style meets purpose. At Family Life Op Shops, we're not your ordinary Opportunity Shop—we're a vibrant part of the community, creating real social impact through every sale. As Store Manager at our Black Rock Store, you'll lead a passionate team of staff and volunteers in a beautiful retail environment, helping customers discover treasures while supporting life-changing programs across Victoria.

This is a full-time role, requiring availability on weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

A Day in the Life

• Lead your team to exceed sales targets while fostering a warm, inclusive atmosphere.
• Inspire and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer service and community engagement.
• Curate visually appealing displays that reflect the unique charm of our donated goods.
• Manage stock flow and donations to maximise value and minimise waste.
• Ensure the store is safe, welcoming, and aligned with Family Life's values.
• Create rosters that support team wellbeing and meet store needs.What You'll Be Doing
