Our client, a leading player in their field, is seeking a Financial Accountant with a chartered background and strong technical capabilities to join their team on a contractual basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate month-end accounts, including reconciliations, P&L analysis, and cash flow reporting
  • Deliver financial statements in compliance with IFRS, AASB, and ASX requirements (4C/5B, 4D, 4E reports)
  • Manage tax compliance, including payroll tax, BAS, and FBT returns
  • Provide practical advice on technical accounting issues and support clients during audits
  • Drive efficiency through process improvements and automation
  • Support implementation and training of new accounting systems

About You
  • CA/CPA qualified or working towards qualification
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax compliance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Chartered experience highly regarded
