Job Description
- Accounting Leadership: Oversee and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Payroll Management: Process and manage payroll, ensuring compliance with all payroll regulations and timely payments.
- Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile financial transactions, ensuring all entries are accurately recorded and compliant with legal and financial standards.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and distribution statements.
- Tax Compliance: Assist with tax filings and ensure adherence to relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Client Relationships: Liaise directly with clients to address financial inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the accounting team to support overall financial operations and reporting.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all AP, AR, payroll, BAS, and financial activities.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with fiduciary duties, accounting standards, and applicable regulations.
