- Registration and Processing of claims (General Insurance) within turnaround time.
- Ensure computed claims settlement and verified reimbursements from insurers are valid.
- Diligently monitor and follow-up on unsettled claims with insurers and/or outstanding information from clients.
- Interact with stakeholders to ensure proper execution of tasks.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Proactively identify problems with the team or client and provide solutions.
Job Requirement:
- A Degree holder preferably in any fields.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in handling claims end to end from insurance company or loss adjuster firm.
- Possess good General Insurance knowledge.
- Ability to understand, speak, read and write English is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in supporting insurance broking company or shared service operation.
- Experienced in Insurance industry and Claims Management
- Experience in providing claims advisory service to client or broker on policy coverage, claims preparation and operation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions and formulas.
- Ability to systematically manage and retrieve data.
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information.
