About You

You're a natural communicator, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are passionate about guiding individuals through complex life changes. Whether you're helping someone reimagine their career or advocating for a supportive workplace, you do it with heart and purpose.
  • Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy and you're registered AHPRA
  • Australian Driving License and own vehicle

The Role (P ease note this position is a fully remote role, experience in the Occupational Rehab space is highly desired)

As a Rehab Consultant, you'll be the trusted guide supporting injured individuals as they step back into the workforce. Your work will go beyond case management—you'll help people rebuild their confidence, reconnect with their goals, and re-enter life with purpose.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting clients with care and compassion, conducting meaningful assessments and guiding them through life-changing career transitions.
  • Collaborating with a wide circle—building relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference.
  • Identifying barriers and designing tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
  • Visiting workplaces to understand the real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.
