You will work within the Process Centre of Excellence team on an exciting 18 to 24 month project redesigning, improving, and controlling critical processes. This includes process simplification and standardization to enhance our customer and employee experience (EX), as well as translating the Optus Brand promise and ensuring our brand and culture focus on customers and employees.
As the Process Redesign Manager, you will partner with business process owners and other members of the Process Centre of Excellence team to deliver outcomes, utilizing Process Redesign methods and tools, including Lean Six Sigma, Human-Centered Design principles, and Process Intelligence software.
A formal certification in process improvement and redesign (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt) is highly desirable. Proven experience leading multiple complex redesign initiatives that deliver measurable benefits for customers and employees is essential.
Your day-to-day will include...
- Project Delivery: Leading complex projects to diagnose, evaluate, and implement solutions to improve customer and employee experience.
- Stakeholder Management: Leading cross-functional teams, sponsors, and partners across different areas of the business to uplift process capability and maturity.
- Process Redesign: Analyzing data on existing business process performance, identifying root causes of poor performance, and designing solutions for improvement.
- Strategic Program CX Support: Providing advice on product and process design initiatives, ensuring the customer remains at the forefront.
