City of Newcastle (CN) is seeking an experienced Development Compliance Section Manager to lead and manage our development compliance operations.
In this key leadership role, you will oversee regulatory compliance across development projects, delivering evidence-based, professional, and objective investigative and assessment services in line with local, state, and federal requirements. You will lead a team of development compliance and fire safety officers, collaborate with planning and development teams, and drive process improvements to ensure development occurs responsibly and contributes positively to the shaping of our city.

- 35-hour working week with flexible/hybrid work arrangements/model
- 4 weeks of annual leave, 3 weeks of personal leave, plus 2 additional paid public holidays
