Responsibilities
  • Call customers to confirm scheduled time and access
  • Action daily runs driving to customer sites to meet agreed timelines
  • Carry out service, measure, rework, refit, removal, reinstall products and parts
  • Troubleshoot technical issues for resolution
  • Maintain professional presentation of self, tools, and vehicle
  • Collection of COD balances where required
  • Work as part of a small crew
Your Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our Stegbar Windows and Doors business in Victoria. You will deliver the lasting impression of quality and service to our customers, actioning a daily plan of service and warranty calls within Victoria. Positions available based out of Rowville or Geelong for immediate start.

Qualifications
  • Previous window and door servicing experience (an advantage)
  • Professional service, presentation, and communication with customers
  • High standard of workmanship
  • Proficient use of hand tools, levels, and tape measure
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate faults, rectification and fix in a timely and efficient manner
  • Follow safe and compliance work practices
  • Construction white card
  • Carpentry, glazier, joinery, or similar industry experience highly regarded
