Are you seeking a versatile role where you can showcase your customer service skills, organizational abilities, and sales expertise? Rowville Post Office is currently hiring for a dynamic position that combines the responsibilities of a Mail Sorter, and Sales Representative.

Position: Mail Sorter, and Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Sort incoming mail accurately and efficiently.
- Operate postal machinery and equipment.
- Promote and sell postal services (my post business) to individuals and businesses.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with postal systems.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.

Working Hours:
The working hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Rates: three months starting rates will be $29.23 per hour + super plus the commission incentive.
