About the Company

We're partnering with a well-funded early-stage tech company tackling a complex real-world problem with global potential in the Property space. Backed by strong investors and led by a proven founding team, the business is entering a crucial scaling phase - and you'll be at the centre of it.

The Role

We're hiring a Senior Fullstack Engineer to play a central role in shaping a fast-growing early-stage product. You'll work side-by-side with the CTO, taking ownership across the stack and directly influencing technical direction, product evolution, and customer experience.

This is an opportunity for a builder, someone who thrives in start-ups, values autonomy, and wants their code to have an immediate impact.

Package: Up to $188,000k total package (base + super + equity)

Location: Sydney CBD HQ, hybrid (1 days in-office)

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain scalable systems using Ruby on Rails and React
• Take ownership of features end-to-end, from concept to deployment
• Lead architectural and infrastructure decisions in a lean team environment
• Collaborate with design and product to shape roadmap and priorities
• Help set the foundations of a high-performance engineering culture

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years software engineering experience
• Strong capability across frontend and backend (Rails + React preferred)
• High accountability and a true ownership mindset
• Experience in product-focused or start-up environments
• Sydney-based, open to hybrid work (1 days onsite)

Bonus Points

• Early-stage start-up or lean engineering team experience
• Exposure to CI/CD, Docker, AWS, Terraform
• Systems thinking and product strategy curiosity
• Appetite for responsibility, autonomy, and building from the ground up
