Delaware North Australia is seeking a full-time Surveillance Operator to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. • Monitor gaming, non-gaming, and cash-handling areas for compliance with legislation, internal policies and procedures
• Operate and monitor CCTV and surveillance systems, reporting any technical issues promptly
• Accurately document incidents, observations, and reviews using computerised log systems
• Maintain strong knowledge of casino games, internal policies, and gaming regulations
• Support the security control room as a backup controller when required
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
• Investigate suspicious activity and ensure reports are thorough and accurate

• Experience with surveillance systems and a good understanding of casino operations preferred
• High ethical standards and discretion in handling sensitive information
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
• Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gaming Certificates
• Ability to obtain and maintain a NT Casino Operative License
