Senior Salesforce Administrator – Brisbane

With Service Cloud and Field Service at play, and a Sales Cloud rebuild and Experience Cloud implementation to take place, you'll be working in a technically diverse and highly integrated environment.
Working closely with the Salesforce Platform Manager, you'll have the chance to deliver new features, streamline processes, and ensure seamless integrations with other core business systems.
This role offers a mix of hands-on build, platform governance, and collaborative project work — perfect for an experienced Admin who wants to make an impact.
Responsibilities: Configure and enhance Salesforce including building complex flows, setting up security, and integration Manage day-to-day administration including user setup, permission sets, profiles, and data quality.
Implement Salesforce security best practices and perform regular audits.
Monitor system health and resolve performance issues proactively.
Collaborate on UAT, deployment testing, and maintain technical documentation.
Experience & Skills: Minimum 4 years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Strong knowledge across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Experience Cloud.
Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications preferred.
