Chandler Macleod are seeking an efficient Voice Pick Packer to join our client in Hazelmere. In this role, you will use a voice-directed picking system to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal instructions are essential.

Shift Time : PM Monday to Friday with possible overtime Key Responsibilities :

  • Use a voice-picking headset to receive instructions for order selection.
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to voice instructions.
  • Pack and prepare products for shipping, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or carts as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets.

Requirements :

Previous warehouse or order picking experience is a plus.Ability to work with voice-directed systems (training provided).Must be able to lift 20kg repetitively and stand / walk for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
