We are looking for someone to join our ranks as a Sales Associate,  looking to learn the skills to be our next superstar New Homes Consultant. Based out of display homes in Nowra you will understudy one of our highly experienced New Homes Consultants as you learn everything about new home sales. You will be incredibly well supported by an established organisation with structure, process and procedures and all backed by a National Sales training program.

The responsibilities of this position will include;

  • Acting as an understudy to one of our highly experienced New Homes Consultants learning all there is about New Home Sales
  • Greeting and guiding visitors through our Nowra Display Homes and Design Studio
  • Provide all visitors with new home building information and relevant marketing material
  • Obtaining and managing client information
  • Managing and updating sales and marketing documentation, brochures, websites and real estate signage
  • Assisting sales consultants with administration support
  • Maintain and manage a customer database
  • Working closely with our customers to design their dream home and drive that process through to contract
  • Monitoring market conditions, competitor activity, sales volumes, pricing and product offerings
