- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including discovery, pricing, proposals, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and present tailored solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting and qualification.
- Conduct executive-level presentations and product demos both in-person and virtually.
- Use CRM tools to manage opportunities, track activity, and provide accurate forecasts.
- Attend marketing events to represent the brand and expand your network.
- 3+ years' successful B2B sales experience in technology or software solutions.
- Strong understanding of sales cycle management, including lead generation, qualification, and closing.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Industry experience in property management, understanding of accounting principles, or prior exposure to enterprise SaaS solutions will be highly regarded.
Location & Travel: Based in Sydney with up to 50% travel across the region.
Salary: Base pay range A$160,000.00/yr - A$180,000.00/yr
