What you'll be doing
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including discovery, pricing, proposals, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and present tailored solutions that deliver measurable business value.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting and qualification.
  • Conduct executive-level presentations and product demos both in-person and virtually.
  • Use CRM tools to manage opportunities, track activity, and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Attend marketing events to represent the brand and expand your network.
What we're looking for
  • 3+ years' successful B2B sales experience in technology or software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycle management, including lead generation, qualification, and closing.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Industry experience in property management, understanding of accounting principles, or prior exposure to enterprise SaaS solutions will be highly regarded.

Location & Travel: Based in Sydney with up to 50% travel across the region.

Salary: Base pay range A$160,000.00/yr - A$180,000.00/yr
