Responsibilities include:
  1. Coordinating and preparing quotes for new business and renewals with accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Providing outstanding customer service with prompt responses to clients, brokers, underwriters, and stakeholders.
  3. Supporting account and debtor management to ensure smooth operations.
  4. Identifying process improvements and collaborating with the Gallagher Service Centre.
  5. Collecting and analyzing client information to assist brokers.
  6. Ensuring accuracy in documentation and policies.
  7. Staying updated on industry trends through training and seminars.
  8. Upholding high standards of ethical and professional practices.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in Insurance or Financial Services.
  • Tier 1 qualification desirable or willingness to complete it.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to client service excellence.
