About The Role

The Information Security Analyst position is available as a full-time or 4-day part-time (0.8) permanent role in Melbourne or Adelaide. Reporting to the Manager, Security Governance, the role involves cybersecurity and regulatory compliance, assessing security controls, identifying organizational risks, and supporting team capability-building projects.

What You'll Do
  • Support the identification and management of information security risks by contributing to control recommendations.
  • Assist in developing and enhancing the organization's information security program.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate security requirements into projects and operations.
  • Conduct security assessments, audits, and reviews to mitigate risks.
  • Manage evidence gathering for regulatory and cybersecurity audits.
Your Experience
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security Control frameworks such as ISO 27001, AESCSF, NIST, Essential 8, CIS Controls
  • Experience in security compliance, audit, and infrastructure architecture
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Cyber Security, or related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Understanding of ITIL processes
  • Cyber Security certifications are desirable but not required
