Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising directly with clients.
  • Drafting correspondence, affidavits, and court documents.
  • Managing diaries and appointments.
  • File management and document preparation.
  • Assisting with monthly billings.
  • Scanning, emailing, and general administrative support.
  • Working closely with the Managing Director / Accredited Specialist.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Full-time availability.
  • Experience or knowledge in litigation (highly regarded).
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Confidence using LEAP (essential) and MS Office.
  • Great organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A friendly, approachable personality and strong team spirit.
  • Fluency in another language (desirable but not essential).
