In this litigation focused role, you will be working in an interesting and fast paced regulatory environment with competing priorities.
ASAP start - hybrid Sydney CBD + WFH (3 or 4 days per week in office) - 2 month initial assignment - $597 per day + super Key accountabilities : Provide clear, concise legal advice and representation to clients.
Conduct of litigation matters.
Analyse and interpret legislation and evidence to draft documents, including advice, pleadings, submissions and other court documents, briefing notes and correspondence to ensure the provision of efficient and effective legal services for the organisation.
Research and draft advice and undertake representation, briefing counsel where appropriate to facilitate appropriate outcomes for the organisation.
Assist clients and other key stakeholders on various matters and requests for advice to facilitate the exchange of information, completion of tasks and meeting critical deadlines.
Selection criteria :Law degree Current practicing certificate including Government legal practitioner Experience in a litigation environment At least 6 months post-qualification experience in a solicitor role Willingness to attend the office 3-4 days per week depending on the business needs Excellent communication skills If you have the relevant skills and experience, please apply now with your up-to-date CV (in Word format) #J-18808-Ljbffr
