    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
    • Lead transformation initiatives across APAC, focusing on process redesign and automation.
    • Monitor and improve process efficiencies, leveraging technology and best practices.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
    • Collaborate with other departments to optimise procurement and payment processes.
    • Support internal and external audits related to the procure-to-pay function.
    • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and guide teams through change with empathy and clarity.

    The Successful Applicant

    A Successful Accounts Payable Manager Should Have
    • A strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in managing procure-to-pay or accounts payable processes.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficiency in relevant financial software and ERP systems.
    • A focus on process improvement and efficiency.
    • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
