Overview

Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) – Liverpool Factory Outlet New Location. We are relocating and seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) to join our new Liverpool Factory Outlet opening soon in Fashion Spree, Warwick Farm.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in achieving store targets and delivering an optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
  • Role model our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
  • Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
  • Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
  • Train and coach the team to refine service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
  • Coordinate team members to ensure the most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
  • Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance.
Experience
  • Experience in retail leadership is highly regarded, including roles such as Retail Team Leader of men's/women's apparel or sports footwear.
