- Lead with Purpose: Support and mentor your Restaurant Manager (RM) as they handle daily operations, compliance, and guest experiences, while you focus on the bigger picture.
- Create Community Connections: Champion local marketing initiatives and build strong relationships with local groups and businesses.
- Inspire and Develop: Coach and grow your team, ensuring a solid talent pipeline and fostering a culture where everyone thrives.
- Keep the Numbers Ticking: Partner with your RM to manage budgets, track KPIs, and ensure the venue achieves its sales and operational goals.
- A Natural Leader: You've got 3+ years of experience in a Venue Manager or General Manager role, and you're ready to inspire a team.
- A Strategic Thinker: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to create and execute growth plans.
- A People Developer: Skilled in coaching, performance management, and talent development.
- Results-Driven: A proven track record of smashing sales targets and ensuring operational excellence.
