We are looking for an experienced Commercial Account Director to join our team at Venues NSW. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Manager – Premium & Iconic Experiences to develop and implement sales plans that meet or exceed revenue targets. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including long-term hospitality customers, sports partners, and Venues NSW's appointed sales agencies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting key performance indicators
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a natural flair for using logic and expertise to make sales and deliver customer satisfaction, and the ability to prioritise tasks and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
