Once in a Lifetime Role in Victoria Highly skilled Property Investment Advisor to form a critical part of our experienced and goal driven team which is now expanding into Victoria in our Mount Waverley Head Office.

Reporting to the Group Manager, your responsibilities will include : Meeting with clients to understand their current position and investment goalsPresenting detailed information around property investment principlesCreating and implementing a tailored investment strategyProviding customers with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectationsPresenting property investment options and completing contractsWorking with strategic partners including mortgage brokers and conveyancers; andProvide continual client management support through the process from sale through to settlement and beyond.

The successful candidate will have : A minimum of 2 years sales experience within the property industry, investment sales or finance industryA general understating of property investment principles.Highly developed communication skills and a consultative approachThe ability to work collaboratively within a unified teamThe ability to work flexible hoursFinance knowledge would be highly regardedWell-developed organisational and client management capabilities; andExperience working with a range of IT applications and software.
