Full Stack Developer (MERN) – Brisbane Based Only

We're on the lookout for an intermediate to senior Full Stack Developer who's keen to dive into a variety of delivery projects. From building custom solutions to supporting business-critical applications, our work is dynamic, hands-on, and impactful.

Please note: Only applicants currently based in Brisbane will be considered.

About the Role

This is a full-time position for a Full Stack Developer with strong technical capability and a collaborative mindset. You'll be involved in developing and maintaining software applications, troubleshooting issues, and supporting testing and deployment across a range of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable web applications using the MERN stack
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs
  • Build responsive user interfaces with
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers
  • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
  • Debug and resolve application issues
  • Participate in code reviews and process improvements
  • Stay current with web development trends
  • Contribute across the full application lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack MERN Developer
  • Strong proficiency in NextJS and ExpressJS
  • Solid understanding of
  • Experience with RESTful API development
  • Knowledge of MongoDB and NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with Git and version control
  • Front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)

Bonus Skills

  • Azure experience
  • Docker/Kubernetes knowledge
  • Testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha)
  • CI/CD pipeline familiarity
  • Exposure to other JavaScript libraries/frameworks
