Are you a dynamic leader with a knack for turning vision into action? We're looking for a Retail Business Leader (Store Manager) to lead our Cannington store. This isn't just another management role—it's a chance to run the store like your own business You'll transform national strategies into local success stories, uncover new sales opportunities, trim costs, and grow our presence within the community. ABOUT YOU
You're a confident, can-do leader who thrives in retail. You know how to coach and inspire a team to deliver fantastic results. You're driven by data, using financial insights to hit targets and unlock growth. Not one to shy away from challenges, you're comfortable giving feedback, navigating tough situations, and ensuring everyone's safety is top of mind. Most importantly, you care deeply about the wellbeing of your team and the quality of their work experience. Ideally you have experience both in sales / showroom as well as warehouse / stockroom.
