About the Role

As a Practice Officer supporting vulnerable clients, you'll play a key role in delivering empathetic service and seamless care coordination.

vital role in:

  • Delivering front line customer service in person and over the phone.

  • Providing administrative and operational support to clinical staff.

  • Coordinating referrals, group programs, and well being workshops.

  • Supporting financial, office and property management functions.

  • Building strong relationships with clients, providers, and stakeholders.

  • Assisting with quality assurance, compliance, and reporting requirements.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast paced, team based environment.

Our Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience in business operations and service delivery in health or government.

  • Strong administrative and communication skills.

  • The ability to engage respectfully with clients and stakeholders.

Mandatory requirements:

  • Ability to obtain a Working with Vulnerable People registration or Working with Children check.

  • Australian citizenship (as required under the Public Service Act 1999).

    • Baseline security clearance.
