The Project Co-ordinator will be a valued member of the Capital Redevelopment team, delivering and supporting a range of projects, workstreams, and initiatives for the Albury redevelopment. Areas of responsibility may include design, furniture, fittings, equipment, major medical equipment, change management, business continuity, commissioning, and move planning.
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Relevant experience and qualifications in project management, health field, management, or a combination of study and work experience.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects, workstreams, and initiatives using structured methods and tools.
- Ability to implement standards, processes, policies, and guidelines to optimise business function.
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Effective communication skills with staff and stakeholders within a complex environment.
- Data management skills, with highly developed knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the capacity to produce reports and documents related to the project.
