The Project Coordinator will be a valued member of the Capital Redevelopment team, delivering and supporting a range of projects, workstreams, and initiatives for the Albury redevelopment. Areas of responsibility may include design, Furniture, Fittings, Equipment, Major Medical Equipment, change management, business continuity, commissioning, and move planning.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Relevant experience and qualifications in project management, health field, management, or a combination of study and work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects, workstreams, and initiatives, applying structured methods and tools.
  • Ability to implement standards, processes, policies, and guidelines to optimize business functions.
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders within a complex environment.
  • Data management skills, highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Microsoft Teams.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, with the capacity to produce reports/documents related to the project.
