Position: Fast Food Manager

Job Type: Full time

Salary: $73,200 per year plus superannuation

McDonald's Airlie Beach QLD is looking for Full time experienced Managers to join their team. These roles will suit professional, highly motivated, operations-focused applicants who have previous McDonald's Management experience, are focused on the delivery of McDonald's Standards, have the ability to motivate a team, and also have fun along the way

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  1. Diploma of Hospitality Management or overseas equivalent
  2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in the same or similar occupation (this may substitute for formal qualifications)

Tasks & Duties Required:

  1. Develop business goals and objectives to ensure growth & prosperity
  2. Develop a comprehensive budget and analyse monthly transactions
  3. Purchase & maintain stock levels according to budget
  4. Meeting & setting marketing plans and strategies to boost sales of the business
  5. Provide customer service and community awareness (check in to ensure client satisfaction)
  6. Develop recipes, and determine how to present dishes
  7. Plan menu and determine prices of recipes based on costs in budget
  8. Planning and organizing everyday functions of the business
  9. Ensure food quality control, and keep up with health regulations
  10. Clean store to ensure it is clean & functional
  11. Inspect supplies
  12. Train & supervise staff when required
  13. Take orders and any reservations of customers
