About the role:

  • Work closely with a leading Partner on a wide range of planning and environment law matters;
  • Including merit appeals, class 4 proceedings, compulsory acquisition and planning agreements.
  • The team represents more development proponents in Land and Environment Court merit appeals than any other law firm.

The ideal candidate:

  • Associate to Senior Associate (3-8 PQE).
  • Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
  • Experience in Planning & Environment law, coming from a recognized P&E law team/firm.
  • Genuine drive to learn, develop and succeed in P&E law.
