Dealers Management Assistant Graduate

Oversee mail-in repair operations, support customers, and assist in service network planning for the Australia-New Zealand region.
Your RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Manage end-to-end operations of mail-in repair services.
- Liaise with end customers to provide technical support and service consultations.
- Assist the Regional Service Manager in planning the service network for the Australia-New Zealand region, developing service and management strategies for dealers and key accounts, and building dealer management capabilities.
- Handle the sales and operations of online and offline service products.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably with a background in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or engineering; prior internship/work experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in daily communication in both Chinese and English.
- Strong continuous improvement mindset, fast learning ability, and problem-solving skills to address root causes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to drive policy implementation and refinement.
