Are you ready to lead from the front in a dynamic, fast-growing coffee business?

We're seeking an experiencedProduction & Distribution Managerto oversee all aspects of our coffee production, including roasting, packaging, and continuous improvement. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Green Bean Specialist and lead a passionate team, ensuring our customers get the consistent, high-quality coffee they love.

What you'll do:

Oversee daily roasting and packaging operations, delivering consistency and meeting tight deadlines.

Develop and execute flexible production plans that quickly adapt to shifts in demand, while maintaining strict quality control procedures.

Lead, mentor and inspire our roasting and warehouse teams, working side-by-side on the floor to get the job done.

Identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and quality across the board.

Manage and optimise the end-to-end production and distribution processes, from raw material to final product delivery

Forecast production and distribution requirements to meet customer demand and maximise operational efficiency

Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and minimise waste

Provide leadership and guidance to the production and distribution team, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous learning

Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies

Who are you:

You bring 5+ years' experience in coffee roasting or production management (or within the food and beverage manufacturing industry at minimum).

Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, and logistics operations

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement practical solutions

A hands-on leader who's as comfortable planning and forecasting as you are jumping on the roaster or supporting the team.

Proven track record of leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Skilled in forecasting and production planning, with strong ERP system experience (Katana experience highly regarded).

Collaborative, adaptable, and passionate about developing people and processes.

A passion for the coffee industry and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service
