Senior Business Analyst - SAP SuccessFactors

About the Opportunity:
Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is proud to partner with Queensland state government department to search for a Senior Business Analyst on an initial 12-month contract with view of extension.

This role is based in the Brisbane CBD with hybrid work arrangement. To be successful, you will have proven experiences in SAP SuccessFactors across various modules.

What You Will Do:

  • Requirement gathering & Analysis
  • Business and technical process analysis and documentation
  • Work closely with technical team to design system integration
  • System Configuration and customisation
  • Testing, QA, Training & Support
What You Will Bring:
  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science/ICT or equivalent industry experience.
  • A seasoned Business Analyst with strong in SAP SuccessFactors proficiency
  • Knowledge in HR & payroll process would be ideal
  • Previous experiences in the public sector would be highly regarded
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
