About the Role

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic leadership for the company by reporting to the Board of Directors and working with the executive management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies. The CEO will be responsible for the overall success of the company and will ensure the company meets its financial, operational, and strategic goals.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision: Develop and implement the company's vision, mission, and overall direction.
  • Leadership: Lead and guide the executive team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
  • Financial Management: Ensure the company's financial health by managing budgets, overseeing investments, and ensuring profitability.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, investors, and employees.
  • Decision Making: Make high-level decisions about policy and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's goals.
  • Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for growth and expansion in new and existing markets.

Experience Required

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior executive role, preferably within the software industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans. Excellent financial acumen and understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
  • Prior experience in a Software Company or a Consulting company is preferred.
