Beauty Bar is a pioneering concept store that brings together three of Australia's most loved beauty brands in one destination. Located in High St, Armadale, this space is more than a retail store – it's a beauty destination where customer experience comes first.

This innovative venture offers personalized makeup and beauty services, influencer-led events, and immersive brand activations that inspire and connect customers. As part of this exciting new concept, we're looking for a Full-Time Beauty Advisor to support its growth and redefine what beauty retail can be.

  • Champion the customer journey by ensuring a warm, consultative, and inclusive environment.
  • Perform makeup and beauty services for customers, delivering tailored, professional experiences.
  • Ensure high visual and operational standards across the store.
  • Support the delivery of in-store activations, influencer events, and beauty service experiences.
  • Act as the key brand ambassador for Beauty Bar in the local community.

Our ideal candidate has proven experience in Makeup or Beauty Therapy, especially within retail, beauty, or service-driven environments. They possess a passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
