As our work with brands has evolved, so has our offering and we're now expanding our content and influencer capabilities to meet growing demand. We're building on what's already working, and looking for a savvy Influencer & PR Manager to help us take things to the next level.

About the Role

We're looking for a social-first, relationship-driven operator to grow and manage the influencer and PR side of our content offering. You'll work closely with brands to deliver high-impact campaigns, manage a talented creator network, and help us create smart, scroll-stopping content that cuts through.

You'll be a key part of shaping this next chapter, bringing ideas to the table and turning briefs into brilliant results.

What You'll Be Doing

Influencer & Creator Management

• Build and manage a strong network of trusted content creators
• Oversee briefing, communication, timelines, usage rights and approvals
• Negotiate fair and effective deals with talent and partners

Brand Campaign Management

• Work with parenting and lifestyle brands to develop tailored influencer campaigns
• Match brands with creators who align with their values and audience
• Oversee campaign delivery, reporting, and results
• Craft and execute smart influencer and PR strategies for campaigns and launches
• Build media lists, nurture industry relationships, and secure coverage that matters
• Support our team in creating buzz around key projects and events
• Keep your finger on the pulse of social, content, and parenting trends
• Bring creative ideas for formats like Reels, UGC, and TikTok-style storytelling
• Test, tweak, and ensure we (and our clients) stay ahead of the curve

About You

• 3+ years' experience in influencer marketing, PR, or a social/content agency
• You know how to brief creators, negotiate usage rights, and deliver content that performs
• You're a confident communicator who loves building relationships
• You're detail-driven and can juggle multiple campaigns like a pro
• You're full of fresh ideas and comfortable working in a fast-moving, ever-evolving space
• Bonus points if you know the parenting, baby, or lifestyle industry inside out
