About the Role

The Database Analyst ensures the effective use of the Raiser's Edge NXT database and provides intelligence and analysis of St Vincent's community of donors and funders to colleagues and leadership.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Foundation Services the incumbent will lead on the administration tasks required for Raisers Edge NXT and support the identification and assessment of potential donors, optimising prospect pools, portfolio management and pipeline development across the Foundation.

The role is mainly responsible for donation processing and receipting, complex query generation, segmentation, data health and imports into Raiser's Edge NXT.

  • Oversee the management and maintenance of the foundation's CRM (Raiser's Edge)
  • Conduct regular data hygiene assessments, data cleansing and audits
  • Manage donor gift tracking, batching, processing, receipting and reporting
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure CRM integration with other SVHM systems

The salary for this position will range from $90,000 - $100,000 per annum, based on experience.

A Bit About You

  • Qualification in a relevant field with a minimum of two years relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
  • Experience in management of the Raiser's Edge NXT database, including administration, segmentation and reports
  • Knowledge of research techniques, online and print resources, including fundraising software to identify prospects through constituent list segmentation, queries, and push technology
  • National Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) or willing to obtain
