**About The Role**

This role will suit someone with previous Office or Medical Receptionist experience, looking for the next step in their career. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a keen interest in growing the local referral network and supporting the growth of the clinics.

Your high organisational capabilities coupled with understanding of medical health practice processes will determine your success in this role.

**What You’ll Do**
- Ensure clients have a positive experience with our service from their very first phone call
- Managing a small team of administrative staff, including rostering and recruiting
- Marketing and business development support - help drive referrals to the clinic by building relationships with GPs and other healthcare professionals
- Diary management, triaging and scheduling of patient appointments
- Accurate maintenance of patient records
- Reception duties and handling patient enquiries, including website enquiries
- End of month financial reporting, invoicing and accounts management
- Processing patient accounts - billing, collections and reconciliations
- Other general administrative functions as required
