Architect - Part-Time role at Build Px

We are seeking an experienced Architect (Registered) who is ready to do more than just deliver projects. This is about becoming a key part of a close-knit practice, leading the way in both design and delivery, and helping us grow our architectural services.

We're a boutique studio delivering commercial, workplace, and hospitality projects, and we're now ready to take our architectural offering to the next level. As we grow into new sectors and bigger opportunities, we're looking for the right person to help us shape the journey.

Responsibilities
  • Lead on projects, across refurbishments, fit-outs, and larger developments, beyond merely delivering individual projects.
  • Mentor graduates working towards their registration and help grow the team's capability.
  • Influence and shape the practice and its architectural direction through design leadership and project delivery.

We're ideally offering this as a part-time role (3–4 days per week), but are open to full-time for the right person.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Registered with the Board of Architects Queensland (BOAQ).
  • 5+ years of architectural experience across a range of scales and sectors.
  • Strong design thinking backed by solid technical and construction knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communicator who builds trust with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Our Process
