Kids Club Supervisor & Admin Support | Full-Time or Part-Time

Are you a qualified childcare professional looking for a fresh change from the traditional long-day care setting?

We're looking for a proactive, friendly and capable individual to lead our short-session Kids Club program and support the day-to-day operations of the Clem Jones Centre with a variety of admin tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who loves working with children and families, enjoys variety in their workday, and wants to be part of a supportive, values-led team.

About the Role

This hands-on role splits your time between supervising our Kids Club sessions and supporting the Centre's management team through a range of admin responsibilities. You'll help create a welcoming, safe space for children and families, while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise short childcare sessions for children aged 6 months+

Oversee bookings, check-ins, and daily operations

Manage Kids Club rosters and team

Communicate with families in a warm and professional manner

Ensure a safe, engaging and compliant environment for children

Admin Support

Provide admin assistance across HR, finance, and general operations

Support the Centre management team with day-to-day tasks

Contribute to smooth-running systems and team processes

What We're Looking For

Experience in a childcare setting (required)

Cert III in Early Childhood Education (or similar – required)

Confident people-person with team leadership skills

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other basic systems

Blue Card, First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)

Organised, reliable, and community-minded

Salary & Benefits

$60,000 – $67,000 + super (depending on experience)

Full-time (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm) or part-time flexibility
