Reporting directly to the Venue Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape a dynamic culture for the venue and its team in line with strategic plans. Your input will be sought in identifying areas for development. You will be responsible for driving the performance of the venue in conjunction with the Management team through implementing plans aligned with the business objectives.

Permanent full-time role providing stability – rotating shifts to promote work-life balance.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Hands-on leadership and accountability of the team, including supervision and performance evaluation.
  2. Creating and maintaining an environment where customer service standards can thrive.
  3. Driving sales to meet targets and budgets.
  4. Controlling operational costs.
  5. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  6. Participating in and contributing to group management, marketing, and finance projects.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  1. Experience in hospitality management.
  2. A strong understanding of the hotel industry, customer service standards, and how to exceed them.
  3. Professional demeanor and presentation.
  4. Roster availability aligned with business needs.
  5. Ability to lead by example.
  6. Valid certificates and licenses.

About St Lords Hotel

St Lords is known for its bistro, beer garden, gaming, and functions. We are the place to be before and after footy games, just a 5-minute walk from GMHBA Stadium.

Our venue operates from 10 am to 4 am, Monday through Sunday.
