We're currently seeking a dedicatedCustomer Support Coordinatorto join our team at Waverley Valley Care Community in Glen Waverley. If you're passionate about providing outstanding administrative support in a people-focused environment, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Processing fortnightly payroll for team members
  • Assisting with recruitment tasks including drafting employment contracts
  • Managing rosters and staff timesheets
  • Providing reception and general administration support as needed
