Title: Customer Service Officer, Permanent - Full-time Role, 35 hours per week

Salary Range: $72148.35 to $83848.38 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity:

The key focus areas of this role include:

  • Represent Council in a positive and professional manner to enhance the customer-focused image of Council.
  • Work as part of the Customer Service team by providing service to the community via phone, face to face and in writing; accurately processing payments, applications and customer requests.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of Customer Service procedures.
