We are a B2B training events company with offices in Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia.

We are seeking an event coordinator based in Melbourne to assist with our events independently. The coordinator will report to us via video calls from the event site, with guidance provided remotely via phone and Skype.

The ideal candidate should be able to assist on short notice, especially in cases where our staff members need to take sudden medical or sick leave.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register guests at the event
  • Attend the registration desk during the event
  • Deliver a welcome speech to guests using a prepared script
  • Introduce event speakers
  • Coordinate with hotel banquet staff

Candidates should be able to report their work within a short period, ranging from 2 hours to 2 days' notice, via phone or email. Since events are mainly held in the city, residing near Melbourne CBD is advantageous.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills
  • Well-spoken English

Dress code for the event: Business or corporate attire.

Time: 7:15 am to 5:45 pm

Dates: 29th and 30th July 2025

Venue: Melbourne CBD

Salary: $200 per day
