Applications are invited for a continuing Lecturer (Assistant Professor) position in Statistics and Analytics in the Discipline of Mathematical Sciences at RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia.
The successful applicant will be expected to:
- Conduct high-level research in statistics and/or analytics.
- Maintain and advance scholarly research and professional capabilities relevant to the discipline.
- Promote the discipline by establishing memberships, links, and partnerships with academic, industry, and professional communities.
- Contribute to teaching and research activities within the School in the area of Statistics and Analytics.
Classification: Lecturer Level B
There is potential for a higher level appointment for candidates demonstrating achievements suitable for Senior Lecturer (Level C).
Salary: Lecturer Level B: $92,815 – $110,220 AUD p.a.
Superannuation: Employer contribution of 17%
