Overview

Personal Care Worker - Home and Community role supporting our Home Care clients across the Brisbane Logan regions. You'll be supported by a passionate team delivering excellent standards and quality of care.

About the Role

Our Personal Care Workers provide assistance to Home Care clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities centered around their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices. These include:

  • Personal care including personal hygiene, grooming and showering
  • Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home)
  • Engaging in social activities as required

To be successful, you will have
  • Cert III Individual Support or equivalent qualifications
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
  • Police Check (valid within the last 3 years or willing to obtain)
  • Annual flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination
  • Australian driver's licence and your own vehicle
