We're currently looking for a Personal Care Worker with a heart for people to join us for casual shifts at our Aged Care facility in Wauchope NSW.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide hands-on care: Assist elderly residents with everyday activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Support mobility & transfers: Help with positioning and mobility to ensure comfort and safety.
  • Meal support: Assist with meal preparation and feeding to ensure proper nutrition.
  • Monitor well-being: Keep a close eye on residents' health and report any changes.
  • Create a safe, clean environment: Contribute to maintaining a space where residents feel at ease and cared for.
  • Build meaningful connections: Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and your fellow team members.

What You Bring:
  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Disability.
  • Ideally, 3+ months of experience in Aged Care.
  • 2024/2025 Influenza Vaccine Record.
  • Australian Police Check (or willingness to undergo one).
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to get one).
  • Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorships offered).
