The GTPN (Global Treasury and Payment Network) Team focuses on expanding and enhancing Airwallex's global treasury and payment infrastructure, developing innovative payment products grounded in a robust financial infrastructure. We seek a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Director to lead this dynamic team.
As the Engineering Director, you will oversee feature teams across Transfers, Client Treasury, and GTPN Infrastructure. You should be a technically strong engineer with leadership skills, product thinking, and business acumen. You will be responsible for the quality and delivery of multiple engineering streams, clearing roadblocks, providing guidance, and escalating issues when necessary. You will work with global stakeholders and manage all engineers in the GTPN team to define the technical vision and build products that exceed customer expectations.
This role is based in China.
