As a Digital Advisory Graduate at RSM, you will have the opportunity to drive cloud technology adoption for our clients at RSM. The team looks after both existing clients, primarily from the Business Advisory division, and external clients, across a range of Digital Advisory services: Strategy (System Review), System Selection, System Implementation & Integration, Contracting, and Support & Managed Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attending consultations with clients
  • Assisting in summarising client requirements documents
  • Conducting market scans and researching the right contacts for software vendors
  • Collating responses from software vendorsinto easy-to-interpret charts and summaries
  • Researching new technology available on the market against specific or broad criteria for suitability
  • Creating checklists and instructions for clients
  • Preparing data for import into various Software as a Service (SaaS solutions)
  • Provide hands-on support for software solutions, cleaning client data
  • Learning new applications and progressing to set up and configure applications within a specific software stack, i.e., Employment Hero, Unleashed, etc (training will be provided)
  • Be willing to learn how to create both written and video-based documentation for clients on how the solutions are configured as well as in the form of training for the client
  • Offer consulting services to assist businesses with ongoing digital transformation
  • Services are tailored to the unique needs of each business
  • Our flagship product is our System Review, which is a systems and process review across the entire technology ecosystem of a business, designed to identify pain points and gaps, and provide insights and recommendations for next steps
About You:
  • You are currently studying towards or completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology or Information Systems
